Hey, I'm Julie!
I started as a massage therapist with a dream and absolutely no business plan. I was the person Googling "how much should I charge" at midnight, undercharging because I was terrified of losing clients, and burning out trying to do all the marketing "right." I built a practice from scratch, made every mistake possible, and eventually grew it into a successful studio with a full team.
After selling my practice, I became a business coach for wellness providers and spent over a decade helping massage therapists, acupuncturists, and bodyworkers build sustainable businesses. I got my MBA, dove deep into systems and strategy, and eventually moved into the tech world as a Product Manager and AI software developer, building marketing automation tools and learning how technology could actually support small business owners instead of overwhelming them.
Ever since, I've been able to bring together everything I learned from being in the treatment room, running a business, coaching thousands of providers, and building software, including some pretty cool things like:
